For the purposes of §§ 582—582i of this title, the following terms and phrases shall have the meaning expressed hereinafter:(a) Barber or Hair stylist.—Shall mean every person duly authorized to practice the barber or hair stylist’s profession in Puerto Rico pursuant to the provisions of §§ 580—580n of this title.(b) Association. — Shall mean the juridical or corporate entity whose constitution and organization under the name of Barbers and Hair Stylists Association, is authorized by §§ 582—582i of this title.(c) Board. — Shall mean the Barbers and Hair Stylists Examining Board, established and constituted pursuant to §§ 580—580n of this title.
