Once the Association is organized pursuant to the terms and procedures established by §§ 582—582i of this title, no person may practice the barbering or hair stylists profession unless he/she is a member of the Association. History —July 1, 1988, No. 60, p. 272, § 5, eff. 90 days after July 1, 1988.
