The general regulations of the Association shall provide for whatever is not foreseen in §§ 582—582i of this title, including anything which concerns the functions, duties and procedures of all its official bodies, notices of meetings, the assemblies of members and delegates, the sessions of the Board of Directors, their dates, election of directors and officers, standing committees or commissions of the Association, how to fill vacancies, the budget and investment of funds, and all that concerns the processes of the Association that is not in contravention with the provisions of §§ 582—582i of this title.
