Each year, every active member of the Agronomist’s Association shall pay a fee on the date, the installments, and conditions established through regulations. A change in the amount of the fee may be fixed provided it is approved by a majority of at least two thirds (2 / 3) of the regular annual assembly of the Agronomist’s Association of Puerto Rico. The minimum quorum required to change the amount of the fee shall be established through regulations and a calculation necessary to determine quorum shall take into account the total number of members of the Association; Provided, That at no time shall this number be less than two hundred (200) members.
