Any person who meets the licensing requirements established in §§ 711—711z of this title and in its regulations, shall be enrolled in the register which the Board shall maintain for such purposes, and the latter shall issue the corresponding license authorizing the licensed engineer, architect, surveyor or landscape architect to practice his/her profession, as the case may be, pursuant to the scope established in § 711b of this title.Any license issued by the Board shall bear the full name of the person to whom it is issued, and its corresponding serial number and date of issue and expiration, and it shall be signed by the Chairperson of the Board and the Secretary of State or his/her representative, under the seal of the Board.
