Any funds that the College of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors decides to transfer at the moment of its constitution to the Puerto Rico Architects Association created herein shall be destined, as far as they will go, for life insurance, retirement, disability, pension funds and financial assistance for the members and to acquire physical facilities for their headquarters, as well as adequate equipment to create and operate a library of architecture.
