The Board shall issue a certificate as certified public accountant to any person who holds a license to engage in the practice of public accountancy in Puerto Rico, issued by the Board as provided by § 779 of this title.Any person who on the date of approval of this act holds a certificate as certified public accountant as heretofore issued under the laws of Puerto Rico, shall not be required to obtain an additional certificate hereunder, and such certificates heretofore issued shall, for all purposes, be considered, as certificates issued under §§ 791 and 792 of this title.
