Any member who fails to pay his dues may be suspended as such and the Board of Accountancy shall be notified so that it complies with the requisites of § 795 of this title, but said member may be reinstated through payment of the dues owed. Provided, That the College may not suspend a member without authorization of the Board of Accountancy in accordance with the hearing proceeding administered by it.
