The following terms shall have the meanings indicated in §§ 73—73o of this title:(a) Association. — Puerto Rico Surgeons Association.(b) Surgeon. — A person who holds a regular license issued by the Board of Medical Examiners to practice medicine in Puerto Rico, pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 22 of April 22, 1931.(c) Board of Examiners. — Board of Medical Examiners of Puerto Rico, created by Act No. 22 of April 22, 1931.
