Any member who does not pay the annual membership fee but in other regards is classified as an associate shall be suspended as such member, but may rejoin by means of payment of the fees owed. In addition, any member who does not comply with the requirement of continuing education set forth herein shall be suspended as such member at the time of renewal of the membership, but may rejoin by complying with the minimum continuing education hours required by this chapter for the renewal of his/her college membership.
