Only those persons who hold a license issued by the Board of Examiners shall be entitled to practice the profession of social work in Puerto Rico and use the corresponding title; Provided, That any person who, at the time of the approval of this act, holds a permanent license to practice the profession of social work in Puerto Rico may continue to practice the same pursuant to the provisions of § 845 of this title.The College shall have the responsibility to inform the Board of Examiners of the names of those social workers who have failed to meet the continuing education requirement set forth in this chapter and the regulations adopted thereunder by the College, in consultation with and with the approval of the Board of Examiners.
