Any person who has not obtained a public relations agent license or whose license has expired or has been suspended or revoked, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall not be authorized to use the public relations agent title or any other title that may purport the same meaning.Any person who has not obtained a public relations agent license or whose license has expired or has been suspended or revoked, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall not be authorized to use any title or designation related to the above described functions so as to implicate that he/she holds such a license.
