It shall be the duty of this Board to examine all applicants for licenses as master, journeyman or apprentice plumber and issue the corresponding certificate to those approved by said Board. The Board shall prepare such bylaws to govern its operations. It shall establish the nature of the examinations, and the place, date and hour of the holding thereof as are not in conflict with this chapter. No examination is needed to grant an apprentice plumber license.The Board shall also regulate the procedure for the renewal of license, including the date said procedure shall begin.
