Any person who is adversely affected by any order or decision of the Board denying the issue or renewal of a license, or the suspension of a license, may request a review of the order or decision within thirty (30) days of having been notified thereof. The Court of First Instance shall review the order or decision of the Board based on the record kept by the Board. History —May 4, 1939, No. 88, p. 496, § 6; Aug. 10, 2004, No. 207, §§ 2, 7.
