The bylaws shall provide that not provided for in this chapter, including everything regarding functions, duties and proceedings of all its organizations and officials; calls, dates, quorum, form and requisites for the regular and special general assemblies and meetings of the Governing Board, election of officials, standing committees, budgets, investment of funds and disposal of the College’s properties, terms of offices, creation of vacancies and procedure to fill them.
