In the case of College members who have failed to pay their quotas, the College, after a reasonable lapse of time without the member having rehabilitated himself through payment of the amount owed for such reason, shall have power to suspend him as a member of the College and to notify such fact to the Board of Examiners to the end of filing and processing the corresponding complaint to revoke the license.
