The Board shall adopt internal bylaws for the implementation of this chapter, it shall establish the requirements for obtaining a license for practicing the functions of embalmer in Puerto Rico, it shall regulate the practice of embalming, issue licenses for such practice, and shall be empowered to revoke a license of embalmer to any authorized embalmer who violates the regulation for the practice of embalming adopted by the Board.\nHistory —Mar. 9, 1967, No. 6, p. 152, § 7.
