The Board shall have the power to make its own regulations and establish reciprocity agreements with the Board of Examiners of the states and territories of the United States and of foreign countries. The Board’s regulations shall be adopted pursuant to §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.
