The Board of Dental Examiners shall be empowered to approve and amend such norms and regulations as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of §§ 81—94u of this title as to the practice of the profession by dental hygienists and by dental assistants, subject to the provisions of the Rules and Regulations Act of 1958. The Board of Dental Examiners shall publish such rules and regulations at least during two (2) days in a newspaper of general circulation in Puerto Rico so that the dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants be duly informed of the applicable norms and regulations.Those rules and regulations approved by the Board of Dental Examiners relative to dental hygienists under Act No. 6 of April 8, 1954, as amended, hereby repealed, shall continue in force in all that which is compatible until the Board approves new regulations and same shall take effect.
