The officials of the College who, in turn, shall be officials of the board of directors, shall consist of a president, a first vicepresident, a second vicepresident, a secretary, a treasurer, an auditor, and one member for each section or district stipulated in the bylaws, which shall never be less than five (5) and shall represent the different geographical areas of Puerto Rico; these members shall be the presidents of their respective sections or districts.
