Each year the members of the College shall pay a fee which shall be [set] by regulation. Any change in fees shall be considered as one of the stated topics on the agenda at a general assembly duly constituted with the quorum established by regulation. This proposed change in fees shall be circulated to all the members of the College no less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the assembly. Any change in fees shall be approved by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2 / 3) of those present at the time of voting.
