Licensed occupational therapy professionals and occupational therapy assistants who are certified and recertified to practice as professionals in Puerto Rico, as may apply in accordance with the requirements set forth in §§ 1031—1043 of this title, and in the bylaws of the Board, are hereby authorized to hold a Special Assembly, as provided in the temporary provisions note under § 1047 of this title, in order of determine if they wish to be constituted as a juridical entity or a corporation under the name of 'College of Occupational Therapy Professionals of Puerto Rico' and, if so decided in accordance with the guidelines of this chapter, to provide that said College shall be juridically constituted with the purposes, functions and powers established herein.\nHistory —Dec. 11, 2007, No. 183, § 3.
