The practice of occupational therapy in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and the person shall be sanctioned with a penalty of imprisonment that shall not exceed six (6) months or a fine which shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), or both penalties.\nHistory —Dec. 11, 2007, No. 183, § 15.
