The persons who exercise the occupation of chauffeur, as this term is defined in § 1062 of this title, are hereby authorized to constitute themselves into an [juridical] entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of 'College of Chauffeurs of Puerto Rico', provided, that the majority of the chauffeurs so resolve in a referendum which shall be held for the purpose as hereinafter provided.\nHistory —June 27, 1969, No. 102, p. 282, § 1, eff.
