The bylaws shall provide for everything which has not been herein provided, including everything concerning the functions, duties and proceedings of all its bodies and officers; calls, dates, quorum, form and requirements of the general assemblies and meetings of the Board of Directors; elections of directors and officers; standing committees; budgets or expenditure of funds and disposal of the property of the College; and the term of all offices; the creation of vacancies and the method of filling them.\nHistory —June 28, 1969, No. 131, p. 380, § 5.
