The members of the College shall pay each year a fee which shall be fixed by order of its bylaws. The College may amend the provisions as to the amount of the fee and the method in which said fee shall be paid in any Assembly convened by the College; Provided, That the suggested changes shall be notified in the call to convene at the Assembly in which it is intended to vote on the changes. For purposes of this section, the changes suggested shall be voted on after the regulatory quorum is constituted and shall have the affirmative vote of two-thirds (⅔) of the attending members.\nHistory —June 28, 1969, No. 131, p. 380, § 6; Sept. 13, 2007, No. 118, § 1.
