The members of the Board shall meet the following requirements:\n(a) Be of legal age;\n(b) be citizens of the United States;\n(c) be residents of Puerto Rico at the time of their appointment;\n(d) have good moral repute;\n(e) must have practiced the trade of refrigeration and air conditioning technician in Puerto Rico for a minimum of three (3) years;\n(f) must hold a license to engage in the practice of refrigeration and air conditioning techniques in Puerto Rico, and\n(g) be a member of the College of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 3; July 12, 1979, No. 97, p. 239; Aug. 12, 1988, No. 174, p. 821, § 1, eff. 90 days after Aug. 12, 1988.
