The Governor may remove any member of the Board upon previous preferment of charges, notice and hearing, for negligence, inefficiency or incompetence in the discharge of his functions, or for immoral conduct, or for conviction of felony or conviction of any offense entailing moral turpitude, or for any other valid and just cause.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 4, eff. 90 days after May 20, 1970.
