The members of the Board, including public employees and officers, shall receive fifty dollars ($50) per day or fraction thereof that they attend a meeting or session of the Board, held at the official site as well as to reimbursement for traveling expenses pursuant to the regulations of the Department of the Treasury applicable to them. As of July 1, 1999, the members of the Board shall receive per diems equal to the minimum per diem established for members of the Legislature, up to a maximum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) per year, except for the Chairperson of the Board who shall receive per diems equal to one hundred and thirty-three percent (133%) of the per diems received by the remaining members of the Board.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 5; Mar. 7, 1983, No. 11, p. 16; June 29, 1995, No. 62, § 1; Jan. 4, 2000, No. 7, § 4.
