The Board shall offer at least two (2) examinations each year. The content of such examinations shall be consistent with the curricular requirements of the refrigeration and air conditioning technical vocational field established by the Department of Education, the Apprenticeship Council, and the Apprenticeship Division of the Right to Work Administration for accrediting education and training programs in such field, as well as with the technological development trends within the industry.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 8; Dec. 30, 2010, No. 233, § 1.
