The Board may deny the granting of a license upon previous notice and hearing to any person who:\n(1) Tries to obtain a license through fraud or deceit.\n(2) Does not meet the requirements for obtaining the license established by this chapter.\n(3) Has been declared mentally unfit by a competent court; or his unfitness has been established before the Board by a medical expert; Provided, That the license may be granted as soon as the person is declared again fit and meets the other requirements provided in this chapter.\n(4) Is a narcomaniac or alcoholic; Provided, That the license may be granted as soon as this person proves to be fit and meets the other requirements provided by this chapter.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 11, eff. 90 days after May 20, 1970.
