Any person to whom a license is suspended or revoked may request, within the term of thirty (30) days after having been notified by the Board of its adverse resolution, the reconsideration of said resolution by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Once the reconsideration has been resolved, if adverse, he may resort to the Court of First Instance within a term of thirty (30) days after having been notified of the resolution on the reconsideration so that in the discretion of said court the resolution of the Board be revised.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 14, eff. 90 days after May 20, 1970.
