The Board shall be authorized to establish through the conditions and requirements that it may deem necessary reciprocity relations as to the granting of license without examination directly with the states of the United States or with any other country which requires similar requirements as those established in this chapter for obtaining a license as refrigeration and air conditioning technician, and that a similar concession be provided for persons licensed by this Board.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 15, eff. 90 days after May 20, 1970.
