Persons entitled to practice refrigeration and air conditioning techniques in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby constituted into an artificial or quasi-public corporation under the name of 'Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians Association of Puerto Rico', provided the majority of them so decide in a referendum to be held for the purpose as hereinafter provided, with official domicile in San Juan, Capital of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 16; July 1, 1975, No. 136, p. 418, § 1.
