The bylaws shall establish delegations of senatorial districts or local organizations which will be elected or designated, and shall operate and fulfill their duties in such form and under such conditions as the said bylaws shall fix, but the election or designation of those who are to constitute them shall, except in the case of delegation of such power, be made by the members of the Association who reside or have their offices in the respective demarcations of the delegations or organizations.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 26, eff. 90 days after May 20, 1970.
