The bylaws shall prescribe whatever has not been provided for in this chapter including everything concerning the functions, duties and procedure of all its bodies and officers; calls, dates, quorum, form and requirements of general assemblies, regular and special, and the meetings of the Board of Directors; election of officers; standing committees; budgets; investment of funds and disposal of property of the Association; terms for all offices, creation of vacancies and manner of filling them.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 27, eff. 90 days after May 20, 1970.
