In the case of members of the Association who have failed to pay their quota, the Association is empowered to suspend them as members of the Association after a lapse of a reasonable period of time without the member having paid the indebted quota, and shall notify this fact to the Board of Examiners for the purpose of filing and transacting the corresponding complaint for the revocation of the refrigeration and air conditioning technician license.\nHistory —May 20, 1970, No. 36, p. 76, § 29, eff. 90 days after May 20, 1970.
