The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians Association is hereby authorized to sell, through its offices, its officialstamps and any other special stamps adopted by the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians Association according to the law.Twenty-five percent (25%) of the moneys collected from the sale of the stamps shall be used for continuing education programs. The registration fee for said courses shall never exceed the costs that were actually incurred for such purposes by the Association.The Continuing Education Program shall be sponsored and regulated by the Board jointly with the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians Association, which shall certify at least two (2) institutions, in addition to the Association, where the continuing education courses may be taken.
