Board members shall be under the obligation to comply with the Code of Ethics of the Medical Discipline and Licensure Board. The Board shall have one hundred and eighty (180) days to draft and approve the Code of Ethics. Violation of the Code thus instituted shall constitute grounds for removal of any member of the Board.
