The Chair and the Secretary of the Board shall sign all official documents issued by the Board, as well as any other document authorized by related laws and regulations. Provided, That all certifications of copies of documents at the Board may only be signed by the Secretary, as the Board may provide by regulation. Provided, That only the Chair of the Board shall have the authority to sign licenses for physicians and that said power is not delegable. The use of digital signatures is authorized, but said signature may not be used to sign licenses for physicians, and the Board shall adopt regulations to regulate the use thereof.
