The Secretary of the Board shall have the following functions, among others, within the Board:(a) To certify Board member attendance per session.(b) To keep a book of minutes of the sessions, which shall be approved by the Board and signed by the Chair and the Secretary. The same are to be approved in the following regular meeting.(c) To ensure that the minutes and the register of non-public meetings are kept as privileged and confidential information except for the Board or its designees for the purpose of complying with this chapter, except for decisions concerning licensure and discipline orders, together with their findings of facts and conclusions of law.(d) To be in charge of establishing the necessary mechanisms for the registration, every three (3) years, of the regular licenses issued by the Board.(e) To keep a register of the provisional licenses issued by the Board.(f) To be in charge of and to keep under his/her custody and responsibility, all documents, registration books and files pertaining to the Board.
