Physicians or osteopaths of the Armed Forces of the United States of America and the federal public health service are hereby relieved from the examinations established in this chapter and shall be able to practice medicine in Puerto Rico while in the active discharge of their official functions, for which they shall obtain a special license issued by the Board, in addition to complying with the provisions of § 133b of this title.
