The Board shall submit to the Governor of Puerto Rico and the Secretary of Health, an annual report attesting to its works and rendering an account of the number of applications received and licenses issued, of expense and income accounts, of mileage accounts refunded to Board members and to whom were said refunds made, as well as of any other data that the Governor or the Secretary of Health should request, or which, in its judgment, the Medical Discipline and Licensure Board should deem pertinent to set forth. A copy of said report shall be remitted to the Secretary of Health and copies thereof shall be provided free of charge to bona fide physicians’ organizations that so request.
