The Board shall charge the following fees payable through a bank or postal money order or certified check, to the account of the Secretary of the Treasury:\nExamination $ 25.00 License $ 75.00 Reexamination $ 25.00 Duplicate for misplaced or lost license $ 15.00 Recertification and registration $ 75.00 License by reciprocity $ 100.00\nThe fees charged by the Board shall not be refunded under any circumstance.
