All professionals licensed to practice dental technology in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby constituted in a juridical entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of 'Dental Technicians Association of Puerto Rico', with official domicile in the city of San Juan, provided that the majority of these professionals do so determine it in the referendum to be held to such effects, as provided hereinbelow.\nHistory —July 3, 1986, No. 64, p. 218, § 1.
