Persons entitled to practice the profession of beauticians in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby constituted into an artificial entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of 'College of Beauticians of Puerto Rico', with official domicile in San Juan, Capital of Puerto Rico, if a majority of them so resolve in a referendum which shall be held for the purpose as hereinafter provided.\nHistory —Mar. 20, 1972, No. 9, p. 18, § 1, eff. 90 days after Mar. 20, 1972.
