The Board of Directors of the College shall be composed of the officials, which shall be the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer and seven (7) members.\nThe Board of Directors shall, after elected, select by absolute majority of all its members, an auditor, whose functions shall be fixed by regulations.\nHistory —Mar. 20, 1972, No. 9, p. 18, § 10, eff. 90 days after Mar. 20, 1972.
