The regulations shall establish district delegations which are to be elected or appointed, to function and to fulfill their duties in the form and under the conditions fixed by the regulations themselves; but the election or designation of those who are to constitute them shall be made, save in the case such power is relinquished, by the members of the College who reside or have their office in the respective territorial districts of the delegations or organizations.\nHistory —Mar. 20, 1972, No. 9, p. 18, § 11, eff. 90 days after Mar. 20, 1972.
