The regulations shall contain such provisions as are not herein contained, necessary for the compliance of the purposes for which the College was established, including those concerning the operations, duties and proceedings of all bodies and officers; calls; dates; quorum; form and requisites of the general assemblies, both regular and special, and meetings of the Board of Directors; election of officers; permanent committees; budgets; investment of funds and disposal of property of the College; terms of all offices; and creation of vacancies and manner of filling them.\nHistory —Mar. 20, 1972, No. 9, p. 18, § 12, eff. 90 days after Mar. 20, 1972.
