The Board shall, upon previous notice and hearing, deny the issuance of a license to any person who:\n(a) Has not complied with the requirements established in §§ 2131—2144 of this title.\n(b) Has practiced the trade of automotive technician in Puerto Rico without having previously obtained a license issued by the Board.\n(c) Has tried to obtain or has helped another person to obtain a license through fraud or deceit.\nHistory —May 25, 1972, No. 40, p. 83, § 6, eff.
